Please stop pretending you are less than you are.

Like, right.fucking.now.

FUCKING STOP.

la la la la la.

THIS IS A TOTAL INTERRUPTION FOR YOUR MIND.
STOP. STOP. STOP.

Yes, I’m yelling.

LISTEN.

Do you understand the wasted time, energy, EVERYTHING that is happening when you pretend that you’re anything less than absolutely brilliant, capable and powerful?

You’re over there messing around with games on your phone, social media and who knows what else – but most of what you’re doing is not believing of what you’re capable of.

And it’s really lame.

You are NOT lame. This behavior is, though.

Think about it.

Where would our world be if any of the great’s decided to give in to the thoughts that were not their own on not being good enough.

NOTE: I’ve debated for a long time whether or not to use swear words in my business… you know, like “fuck.”

People from the ages of 10 to 100 read my blog (literally) and I am not here to offend anyone or advocate for incessant swearing. Offending anyone through swear words is completely pointless and not my thing, at all.

There are a few schools of thought on swearing in the “professional” setting.

One is simply that this is my brand and I should talk how I want to and the people who don’t like it can f* off.

Another is that it is totally unprofessional to swear and that it degrades the brand. used to be, but the reality is that today, swearing in the correct context can break someone’s pattern and help them

It used to be this way, but the reality today is that swearing in the correct context can break someone’s pattern and help them break through to the next level in life.

My grandpa (who is no longer with us but still one of my favorites of all time) always told me that ladies should not swear because it makes them sound unintelligent.

So, I take my grandpa’s side, most of the time. I also have an ongoing conversation in my head with him that goes something like “Grandpa, I only use swearing in a sophisticated way in order to help people become more of who they are.” And in my head, he agrees 😉

If the language offends you, I kindly ask for you to replace it in your mind with “fudge”.
